Rental Requirements
1) Application is located at the link above. A $50.00 application fee per person shall be paid by check or money order at Advantage Realty's office at 115 McNeil Street Troy, AL 36079 or Venmo to @AdvantageRealtyTroyAL. We DO NOT accept ANY credit card payments. Once this application is received by Advantage Realty, a link from tenantbackgroundsearch.com will be emailed to the tenant to complete the background/credit check.
2) Monthly income shall be at least 3 times the monthly rental amount
3) Must pass credit check/background check
4) A security deposit in the same amount as the monthly rent will be due once your application is approved to hold the property.
5) All occupants over the age of 18 must fill out their own application and all co-signers must fill out their own application. Each person has a $50.00 application fee.
6) No pets will be allowed.
Please email your completed application along with a copy of your driver's license & last two pay stubs to advantage@troycable.net. Please also note that we DO NOT ACCEPT credit card payments or any online payments at this time for monthly rental payments. Your monthly rent will need to be paid by check or money order each month at Advantage Realty. After we receive the background search & credit report, your completed application will be reviewed and we will let you know if you have been approved or denied. Your first month's rent will be due when your lease begins, before you can pick up the keys. This is typically processed within one business day.
